As we become more ensconced in the virtual world of social media, our perception of ourselves becomes more and more distorted. Too often we fall in the trap of comparison and begin to question our value. However, learning to view yourself as a unique individual and bring to light all your positive characteristics can improve your personal self-image dramatically!
This week's guest was Dr. Chantelle Green, a sports psychologist who works at the University of Oklahoma within the athletic department. Chantelle works with athletes of various backgrounds to help them combat the stress they face on and off the field, as well as improve their mind set to achieve their peak performance.
