This week’s guest is Certified Nutrition Specialist , Kimberly Young. Kimberly is a board certified nutrition specialist (CNS) in private practice in Dallas, Texas. Kimberly’s approach is focused on dietary and lifestyle modifications with a primary focus on whole food. She uses various diagnostic tools to evaluate her client’s unique needs and customizes results oriented programs based on her clients goals.
Throughout this episode we cover how common eating disorders are and why they are so under diagnosed, the first 3 things you need to do in order to build a long term healthy life, and what you didn’t know about snacking and why it can cause more problems than good. We also explore the nutrient most people are missing from their meals, the reason we need to have a balance to our meals, why the first meal of the day is the most important one, and so much more!
