This week’s guest is Ignacio Ybarra, Strategic Account Director of Analytics at PowerSchool and founder of Mizuni, inc. Starting from humble beginnings, Ignacio had hard work instilled in him from a young age. After graduating college at Texas A&M as an electrical engineer, he worked with Intel until he was 27 and then built a multi-million dollar software company, Mizuni Inc. A few acquisitions later and now Ignacio is working as the Strategic Account Director of Analytics at PowerSchool in K-12 education.

Throughout this episode we dive into how you can read people and determine someone’s motive, why we need to practice the skill of focus, and the most difficult part of sales and how to overcome it. We also explore why you need to be able to understand people in order to be successful, how to build and maintain relationships in a virtual environment, and how to establish a work life balance so you can still maximize your time and have fun!
