This week’s guest is Julian Garcia, founder and CEO of RG Housing LLC. Julian’s journey to real estate is incredible! After dropping out of college and living on his dad’s couch for a year, Julian built a million dollar real estate wholesaling business from the ground up! Julian now works with his in person and virtual team to wholesale properties in the Dallas Fort-Worth area and is continuing to look for opportunities to grow his business even more!
